C2RO Cloud Robotics is looking for a Director of Sales that will be located in North America and report directly to the CEO. The candidate will significantly contribute to C2RO’s sales strategy and customer acquisition plans. They will actively drive revenue growth and manage the sales process globally. The candidate will be specifically focused on delivering sales results in the Americas and selected European cities, while assisting with the supervision and guidance of sales resources in Asia.

Director of Sales Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing strategic plan to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets
  • Defining sales objectives for regions and territories, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
  • Implementing national sales plans and supervising sales and business development resources worldwide
  • Maintain sales resources by assisting in recruiting, selecting, orienting and training new sales employees and re-seller partners
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of the product through proposals and presentations to customers and re-seller partners
  • Grow and maintain relationships with key lead customers to understand their business needs and long term objectives

Director of Sales Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a Sales Director, Sales Manager or Sales and Marketing Director
  • Previous experience in selling enterprise software solutions
  • Previously demonstrated ability to manage a small, focused team of sales individuals and/or re-sellers
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Must be result oriented and independent, with ability to strategically contribute to the sales strategy of the company
  • Proven ability to personally drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Natural ability to articulate the distinct aspects C2RO Cloud Robotics products and services
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Must be comfortable with a dynamic start-up environment (lots of urgency, limited resources, evolving market dynamics)
  • Must be able to travel extensively throughout north America, Europe, and Asia
  • Bachelor degree in a relevant field is a strong plus
